Reward and Recognition Program 2010

The DASSI Reward and Recognition nominations are now open!

From now until 24 September 2010 you have the opportunity to nominate an employee whose performance goes above and beyond normal expectations

We have three categories of nominations:

• The Chief Executive Award - Overall Excellence – Proudly Sponsored by Advantage Salary Packaging.

This award is for overall excellence for employees who have made a significant difference or have continually exceeded expectations over the last 12 months. The winner of this award can be from any DASSI department and will receive a $500 Myer voucher and engraved plaque.

• Services Award - Support Worker Excellence –– Proudly Sponsored by Training Unlimited.

This is for Attendant Support Workers who have exceeded expectations within professional boundaries and have given a quality of care that has made a very substantial difference to their client. The winner will receive a $250 voucher from our training partners, Training Unlimited which is redeemable at Myer and an engraved plaque.

• Corporate Award – Head Office Excellence - Proudly Sponsored by VECCI.

This award is for any office based employee who has provided excellent service beyond expectations. The winner will receive a $250 voucher, redeemable at Myer and an engraved plaque

Remember that nominations can be made by staff, clients, carers, volunteers and any external body. So get talking about the nominations to anyone who you think might be interested!
