DASSI has a highly experienced team of trained care workers to provide personal care services including:

• Assist with transfers, use of hoists and other mobility aids

• Provision of transport for community access activities

• Attending to personal care needs when ‘out and about’

• 24/7 Service

• Assistance in getting to your regular medical appointments

• Regular or weekend requirements

• Planned holiday support

• Transport to and from events

• Full carer support at functions e.g. sporting, professional, family celebrations

• Support plan development in conjunction with case manager, doctor, occupational therapist and other allied health professional

• Care Workers that are fully trained, accredited and police checked
