DASSI cares for people of all ages who require assistance in their day-to-day lives.

Among services offered are:

• Personal Care - Bathing, personal hygiene, eating, dressing and grooming;

• Home Care – Light house cleaning, personal laundry, stocking pantries and bed making;

• Respite care – Assistance to carers to have a ‘well earned break’ through the provision of substitute care in the home;

• Light meal preparation;

• Support, Information and Advocacy – Assistance with understanding and managing situations behaviours and
   relationships and general companionship;

• Transport – providing or coordinating access to community facilities and services; and

• Complex specialist care - managing gastrostomy (PEG) feeds, respiratory support, ventilator and tracheostomy care,
   bladder care and skin care.

Services can be provided from two hours a day to ‘round the clock (i.e. 24 hours care).

DASSI is a fully accredited organisation providing quality care on behalf of:

• Insurance agencies

• State Trustees

• Hospitals

• Local Councils

• Community Service Organisations

• Community Health Centres

• Self funding individuals
